¿Qué hay detrás del auge de la gastronomía peruana? Para responder a esta pregunta tenemos que emprender un recorrido por nuestra historia más remota, recorrer nuestro territorio desde el mar a la selva, apreciar el conocimiento de los campesinos, la sagacidad de nuestros cocineros y, finalmente, disfrutar de los sabores que nos hacen único. What is behind the boom of Peruvian gastronomy? To answer this question we have to take a journey through our most remote history, to travel our territory from the sea to the jungle, to appreciate the knowledge of farmers, the sagacity of our cooks and, lastly, to enjoy the flavors that make us unique.
